William Valet Biography
William Valet is a circus artist who graduated from the Chambéry and Rosny-sous-Bois circus schools, he also teaches Chinese poles.
He began studying circus at the age of 22 at the Arc en Cirque school in Chambéry, where he obtained the initial diploma for circus arts before gaining entrance to the Rosny-sous-Bois National Circus School (Enacr).
Having studied for several years, he joined the Hommes Penchés Company and participated in Espèces in 2002, Human in 2006, and Le Mâtitube in 2008, for which he also created the structure. He also joined the Baro d’Evel Cirk Company for Bechtout in 2003.
He is currently on tour with the Barolosolo Company in O Temps d’O created in 2009 for indoor performance and Ile O created in 2010 for the street.
He teaches Chinese poles at various different establishments (Arc en Cirque, Lido…).
He comes from the Savoy region and loves tartiflette, skiing and the Paret, a traditional Savoyard single blade sledge! He enjoys music and "strums a bit".
